The book selected for the September meeting of the OSFES Book Discussion Group is BARRAYAR by Lois McMasters Bujold. This is the story of the birth of Miles VorKosigan and details the Star Empire from which he (and the numerous books about him) spring. It is a good fast paced read. If you don't have an earlier copy of the novel it is now part of CORDELIA'S HONOR (a two novel combo book of Bujold's pre-Miles universe). Check it out and let us know what you think about it.
